Weddings
The Barn is a 4-season building, heated and air conditioned, with a great hall seating up to 350. The exterior of the barn is cedar sided and stained in a way to achieve an old barn look from the outside. The interior features exposed wood posts and a wood ceiling, a vinyl plank floor with the look of real wood, painted walls, chandeliers, and windows galore. The great room can take on any ambience from rustic to elegant, depending upon your decor.
Ceremony includes:
- Nuptials held outdoors on the meadow or indoors near the grand windows
- Set up and removal of white garden chairs
- An audio technician and sound system
- A 6-seat electric golf cart available for shuttling less able-bodied guests to and from the ceremony site.
A 50% deposit of the reception amount is required to reserve your date. The balance is due on or before the day of your event.
Reception includes:
- An event coordinator on site among friendly staff
- All glassware: bar glasses, water glasses, and water carafes
- Chiavari chairs with ivory cushions
- 60″ round tables, cocktail tables, banquet tables for food service, sweets, gifts, etc.
- Set up and breakdown of tables and chairs
- Audio system
- Overhead projection up to 9′ x 16′
- Spacious suites to get ready on site
- Covered patio space
- Ample parking including handicapped spaces
- Coat room
Bar
We offer House & Premium Packages as well as A La Carte options to fit any budget. At The Barn, you can choose from classic and premium beers, spirits and a large selection of house wines. Treat your guests to a champagne toast or a choice local brew from Tangled Roots. We offer coffee and/or tea service, as well as soda and so much more.
